## Required

- 5+ years in quality assurance, quality management, or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience leading audits, CAPA systems, and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership experience with team or functional accountability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication across all employee levels
- Proficiency with Excel
- Willingness to spend significant time on the shop floor
- Ability to travel 5–10% of the time
- Legal US resident with reliable transportation
- No visa sponsorship eligible

## Nice to have

- Experience in regulated manufacturing (PED, API, pressure equipment)
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 principles and core quality tools
- Cryogenic systems or equipment experience
- Practical experience in stainless steel and aluminum welding
- Proficiency with statistical tools such as Minitab
- ASQ Certification (CQE preferred)
- Experience with ASME B31.3 and B31.12
