## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work 4 AM to 1:30 PM shift (Sunday to Thursday)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed

## Nice to have

- Experience training peers or groups
- Experience facilitating training or presentations to groups (5+ people)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
