## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in propulsion system integration and test engineering in aerospace, defense or high-reliability industries
- Expert knowledge of propulsion systems, rocket motor testing, and verification methodologies
- Recognized subject matter expert in propulsion system integration and test across multiple major programs
- Exceptional leadership, communication and mentoring skills
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on highly complex integration and test challenges
- Demonstrated commitment to engineering excellence, mission assurance, safety and quality
- Proven ability to establish organizational test strategies and technical standards
- Expert troubleshooting and root cause investigation of integrated hardware/software systems
- Expert knowledge of MIL-STDs, aerospace qualification and acceptance testing
- Strong working knowledge of RS-422, RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocols
- Extensive experience with rocket motor integration, SWIL, HWIL, automated test systems, real-time simulation and instrumentation
- U.S. Person status and eligibility to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
- Willingness to travel to test facilities and customer sites

## Nice to have

- Advanced programming proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Simulink and Python for test automation and simulation
- Experience with customer technical reviews, proposal development and strategic planning
