- Must maintain necessary certifications

## Nice to have

- FAA Airframe & Powerplant license or signed FAA Form 8610-2
- 787 Program experience
- Foreign Object Debris (FOD) risk experience
- Team leadership experience
- Proficiency in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications
- Proficiency in NCR and EPD generation
