## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related technical/scientific field
- 12+ years progressive pharmaceutical manufacturing or sterile/nonsterile compounding experience
- Direct hands-on ownership of technology transfer, cleaning validation, process validation, or process/equipment troubleshooting
- Expertise across at least two of: 503A/503B compounding, sterile injectable manufacturing, or API/peptide manufacturing
- Knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800>, FDA Process Validation Guidance, and ICH Q7/Q11
- Root-cause investigation and CAPA experience in regulated manufacturing
- Ability to work across geographically distributed sites with remote collaboration and travel
- Strong technical writing skills for protocols and reports
- Prior experience managing or developing managers in multi-site manufacturing

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree
- Experience with peptide, oligonucleotide, or complex API manufacturing
- Hands-on equipment troubleshooting with autoclaves, isolators, filling lines, or API processing equipment
- Experience with new equipment commissioning or site launch activities
- Prior FDA inspection participation in technical support roles
