- 5+ years material planning, demand planning, or fulfillment planning in manufacturing, aerospace, or supply chain
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other internal teams
- Strong MRP understanding and ERP system experience (Infor LN, SAP, or Oracle)
- Demand forecast creation and management
- BOM reconciliation experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Data analysis capability (SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel)

## Nice to have

- Aerospace startup or frontier technology industry background
- New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience
- Design release process and systems experience
