- 3+ years preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065, 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax software
- 3+ seasons personal tax preparation experience with minimum 30 returns per tax year for compensation
- General knowledge of bookkeeping
- Ability to obtain required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail location minimum 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday
- Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment
- U.S. resident

## Nice to have

- Business tax return preparation and year-round tax guidance for small businesses
- Bookkeeping experience with books-to-tax workflow
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification or willingness to become one
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building local and online social media presence as TurboTax Expert
- Willingness to be featured in local and national marketing efforts
