## Required

- U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status per ITAR
- Understanding of RF and electronics drawings, diagrams, and schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electronics from component to system level
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation
- Comfort with varied workflow and multitasking

## Nice to have

- Direct experience testing phased arrays or AESAs
- Experience with test setup design and fabrication
- Familiarity with automated power supplies and loads
