## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair
- Hand and power tool skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read technical documents
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs or MS Excel/Word
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and SOPs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Ability to work overtime Mon–Fri and weekends as required

## Nice to have

- 2-year technical degree or military equivalent
- Mechatronics troubleshooting and repair experience
- Electronics skills
- Technical associates degree or equivalent military training
- Experience with autonomous robotic systems repair or assembly
- Experience with MES or ERP systems
- Familiarity with VKS, Infor, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience with project improvement methodologies
- Google Suite proficiency
- Linux operating system knowledge
- High-volume manufacturing experience
