- Proficiency in PyTorch and track record of taking models from prototype to production
- Strong Python and/or C++ programming skills
- Data-driven development experience collaborating with data and labeling teams on radar data strategy
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Experience designing and deploying radar-based or multi-modal perception for autonomous driving or robotics at scale
- Hands-on experience architecting and deploying DNN perception pipelines on embedded or real-time platforms with optimization for latency and memory
- Deep understanding of radar physics and digital signal processing (FMCW, beamforming, CFAR, micro-Doppler)
- Strong publication record or recognized contributions in deep learning, radar perception, or autonomous systems at leading conferences (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, IROS)
- Experience with CUDA development and GPU-accelerated optimization for high-bandwidth radar data
