## Required

- Very senior software engineering expertise (L5-L8 equivalent)
- Deep experience in at least one of: aerospace, robotics, cloud infrastructure, game development, or interactive media design
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and lead strategic technology initiatives
- Experience stewarding technology development across multiple product teams

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with autonomy systems or intelligent teaming
- Experience with low-TRL (Technology Readiness Level) solution development
- Background in human-in-the-loop or human-on-the-loop systems
