- Knowledge of toxicology principles and study design
- Understanding of FDA, ICH, EMA, and OECD regulatory guidance for nonclinical studies
- Ability to manage CRO relationships and coordinate multiple concurrent studies
- Written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

## Nice to have

- BS or MS in toxicology, pharmacology, biology, physiology, or veterinary sciences
- Direct experience across multiple study types, species, and therapeutic areas
