## Required

- 15+ years wet etch and cleans experience in semiconductor logic process development
- Proven experience in logic HVM foundry environment
- Hands-on wet etch process development beyond fab sustaining
- BS, MS, or PhD in relevant technical field
- Ability to articulate technical ownership and impact

## Nice to have

- Prior roles in Technology Development, Pathfinding, or Research and Development
- Experience transitioning solutions from R&D to HVM
- Advanced node experience in 5nm and lower, ideally 2nm and/or 1.6nm equivalents
- Background at leading logic foundries
