## Required

- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related discipline; or MS with 5+ years of industry experience; or BS with 8+ years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience in protein, enzyme, biologics, or drug product formulation development
- Understanding of protein and enzyme stability mechanisms including aggregation, oxidation, deamidation, hydrolysis, and precipitation
- Experience designing and executing formulation screens, compatibility studies, and stability studies
- Experience using analytical or functional assays to characterize protein or enzyme formulations
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend formulation changes
- Strong laboratory execution, documentation, and technical writing skills
- Cross-functional collaboration in development environments
- Must hold current US work authorization and be able to maintain it without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Experience with DNA or nucleic acid manufacturing enzymes such as polymerases, restriction enzymes, or nucleases
- Experience with DNA template production, plasmid DNA, or nucleic-acid-based platforms
- Experience developing liquid, frozen, refrigerated, or lyophilized formulations
- Experience with analytical methods such as enzyme activity assays, chromatography, DLS, DSC/DSF, osmolality, or particle analysis
- Experience with high-throughput screening, automation, or miniaturized scale-down models
- Experience preparing technical packages for technology transfer or regulatory documentation
- Familiarity with container-closure systems and material compatibility assessments
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, or phase-appropriate development for biologics
