## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years maintenance or facilities experience
- 3+ years electro-mechanical control systems experience
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Knowledge of CMMS systems
- Ability to work with hazardous drugs and wear respiratory protection
- English proficiency (spoken and written)

## Nice to have

- Formal certification in electrical, mechanical, motion control, or PLC systems
- 5+ years production facility maintenance experience
- 5+ years electrical knowledge and electronic principles
- Robotic systems training and experience
- Advanced degree or training in engineering or maintenance
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Pharmacy fulfillment equipment experience
- Spanish bilingual ability
