- 7+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or related field
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Deep understanding of building scalable, observable, fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in AI tools for prototyping, writing, testing, and debugging code
- Experience with debugging and testing frameworks from unit to automated testing
- Experience building and operating automated workflows and agents
- Deep understanding of observability, alerting, SLOs, security, and compliance
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools

## Nice to have

- Mastery of TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Vue, Swift, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis
- Proficiency in context engineering and AI building blocks such as LLM API calls, prompting, agentic frameworks, RAG, and model fine-tuning
- Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms
