## Required

- 10+ years hands-on footwear product development experience including team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in biomechanics, engineering, kinesiology, textile science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep knowledge of footwear construction, materials, knitting, tooling, lasts, testing and costing
- Experience reviewing CBDs, analyzing yields and testing data, and negotiating costs
- Direct experience working with Asia-based factories and vendors
- Advanced knowledge of last and fit development including shape, proportion, grading and fit standards
- Understanding of footwear development and commercialization processes with experience improving calendars and sample gates

## Nice to have

- Accessories or handbag product development experience
