- Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering field
- Strong foundation in robot learning and control (reinforcement learning, imitation learning, world modeling, or representation learning)
- Practical experience with generative models and transformer architectures
- Hands-on experience with robotic manipulation systems and contact-rich interaction
- Python and modern ML framework proficiency
- Experience with robotics middleware or simulation tools
- Ability to implement, experiment, and iterate on research ideas with empirical validation
- System-building skills across simulation, learning, perception, control, and real robot deployment

## Nice to have

- Ph.D. or Ph.D. candidate expecting graduation within 6–12 months
- Prior dexterous manipulation, multi-finger hand, or in-hand manipulation experience
- Experience deploying learning-based policies on real robotic hardware
- Familiarity with contact modeling, tactile sensing, or force/torque feedback
- Background in 3D perception or geometric representations
- Experience with reinforcement learning in continuous control or model-based methods
- Strong motivation to validate research through physical experiments
- Publications in top AI or robotics conferences
