## Required

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- 0–2 years of aerospace or precision hardware assembly/test experience
- Hands-on capability with flight hardware and precision instruments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability for occasional extended and weekend shifts

## Nice to have

- Experience with space-qualified mechanisms (release devices, actuators, hinges, latches, deployment systems)
- Root cause and corrective action (RCCA) methodology knowledge
- ECAD/MCAD integration and configuration control experience
- Vibration, shock, and TVAC test campaign support
- Cleanroom and contamination control practices
- IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 certification
- NASA-STD-8739 or ECSS-Q-ST-70 standards knowledge
- AS9100 certification
- Six Sigma certification
