## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years lending and/or call center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrate working knowledge of CEFCU systems within 10-week training
- Work effectively in structured, fast-paced, continuously changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Recognize cross-sales and upsales opportunities
- Register with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)

## Nice to have

- Customer service, sales, or telephone representative experience in call center
- Knowledge of CEFCU products and services including CLOS and loan procedures
- Consumer lending experience
- College education or commensurate experience
