## Required

- 8+ years of paid media, integrated media planning, or digital marketing experience
- Experience planning and managing large-scale global or multi-market paid media campaigns
- Deep expertise across digital media channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search, and online video
- Demonstrated ability to lead agency partners and influence strategic media decisions
- Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals including audience strategy, channel mix, and measurement
- Experience managing complex campaign timelines, budgets, creative workflows, and stakeholder approvals
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- AI proficiency to improve productivity and decision-making
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with experience using media reporting tools

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Experience working within a global matrix organization
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, consumer electronics, streaming, or direct-to-consumer marketing
- Experience supporting campaign localization, creative versioning, or dynamic creative workflows
