## Required

- 3–5 years progressive retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong coaching and talent development skills
- Operational expertise in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and safe use of ladders and step stools
- Availability for minimum 40 hours per week including peak business days and holidays
- Wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
