- 8+ years of product management experience
- Ownership of complex, revenue-generating platforms in digital assets, financial services, or regulated domains
- Experience defining and owning product strategy for multi-stakeholder digital asset or financial infrastructure products at global scale
- Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-company initiatives and influence without authority
- Track record managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data, models, and metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Direct experience building digital asset market products, institutional trading, liquidity, lending, treasury, or payments infrastructure
- Familiarity with crypto-native financial systems, stablecoins, and blockchain-based market infrastructure
