## Required

- 8+ years designing Zero Trust and SASE architectures
- SaaS security expertise including CASB and DLP
- Device trust and endpoint security implementation experience
- Identity and access management systems knowledge (SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM)
- Email security and phishing mitigation experience
- Application-layer vulnerability identification and remediation
- Architectural mindset for preventative, scalable security systems
- Cross-team communication and influence skills

## Nice to have

- CASB platform and enterprise DLP implementation at scale
- Model Context Protocol or AI orchestration framework familiarity
- Secure by Default environment building in high-growth organizations
- Cloud-native or AI infrastructure experience
