## Required

- 2+ years barista and training experience
- Coffee knowledge and expertise
- Ability to travel regularly between Boston, New York, DC, and Philadelphia stores
- Expert milk steaming with precise textures
- Proficiency pouring latte art (hearts, tulips, rosettas)
- Ability to create training content and action plans
- Customer and employee experience focus
- Strong communication skills
