## Required

- 10+ years of journalism experience including Asia coverage
- Track record of newsroom leadership
- Experience in global financial and business journalism
- Ability to identify coverage themes strategically across sectors and borders
- Strong writing with speed and personality
- Passion for world events and broad subject interests
- Diverse media consumption habits
- Initiative and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Self-directed work without close supervision
- Understanding of story distribution across platforms and media forms
- Based in Singapore or willing to relocate to Asia region

## Nice to have

- Deep sourcing in Asia
- Track record of breaking news and securing major interviews
- Experience with live journalism and event moderation
