- 5+ years in autonomous driving or robotics, specifically release engineering or simulation
- Understanding of autonomy systems (Localization, Perception, Prediction, Planning, Control, Autonomy Platforms)
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects and managing engineering teams
- BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency with C++ and Python
- Advanced CI/CD pipeline experience
- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Cloud simulation scaling and cost analysis experience
- Apache Airflow experience
- Applied Intuition simulation tooling experience
- Scaled AWS applications and environments experience
