## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of vehicle title management experience
- Minimum two years of auto finance or installment loan experience with title management focus
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient verbal and written communication
- Able to work under pressure and maintain consistency
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Knowledge of state titling laws and regulations
- Experience with customer correspondence

## Nice to have

- Experience in auto finance or installment loan servicing
- Excellent customer service skills with dealership experience
