## Required

- BA or BS in science or engineering plus 5+ years progressive pharmaceutical/biotech experience, or MS/MBA with 2+ years relevant experience
- Drug product manufacturing and supply chain execution experience in pharmaceuticals
- Working understanding and application of cGMP principles

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements including ICH guidance
- Understanding of CMO landscape, capabilities and limitations
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
