- 8+ years of data science experience with track record of driving product or business growth
- Experience with unstructured text analytics and mining
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency in causal inference, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design
- Experience solving complex business problems with statistics and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and LangChain or LlamaIndex experience
- Experience with cloud LLM providers and orchestration tools
- Security and privacy mindset including PII handling and cost/performance tuning
- Understanding of retrieval strategies, prompt patterns, and hallucination mitigation
- Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field or equivalent work experience

## Nice to have

- Experience in SaaS or financial technology
- Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI workflows for building intelligent visualizations
- Data integration and pipeline development experience
