## Required

- 8+ years enterprise IT experience
- 3+ years managing technical teams at Senior Manager level or above
- Hands-on experience building and operating identity platforms
- Okta or modern enterprise IAM proficiency with full program delivery experience
- Multi-cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven track record building and scaling technical teams across 2+ organizations
- Vendor and partner management with milestone accountability
- Cross-functional influence across 3+ organizational functions
- Agile methodology proficiency
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure incidents

## Nice to have

- SCIM provisioning experience
- JML automation expertise
- Compliance and audit-readiness knowledge
