## Required

- 7+ years SAP Basis experience in implementation and operations
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking and technical architecture
- Customer-facing technical leadership experience
- Ability to manage critical situations and escalations
- Collaborative problem-solving across global teams
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or related field

## Nice to have

- SAP HANA experience
- Sybase experience
- Unix/Linux environment experience
- Relevant certifications in SAP technologies
- Relevant certifications in hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
