## Required

- 3+ years in deductions, trade promotion finance, accounts receivable, or CPG/retail operations
- Ability to work with retailer/distributor documentation and reconcile discrepancies precisely
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Process-oriented mindset with ability to identify and address root causes
- Work in-office at NYC headquarters 5 days per week

## Nice to have

- Experience with CPG trade, deductions, or AR systems
