## Required

- 12+ years combined Finance or Accounting and Transformation experience
- 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Demonstrated experience standing up or scaling AI transformation programs
- Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks)
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director/VP/CFO-level)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline

## Nice to have

- MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
- Prior Enterprise Performance, Strategic, or Operations consulting experience
- Experience within a publicly traded multinational company, preferably high-growth
- Prior finance system implementation experience and familiarity with embedded AI capability roadmaps
- Hands-on experience building with enterprise AI tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Snowflake Cortex, etc.)
- Working knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms
- Change management certifications (PMI, Prosci, etc.)
