## Required

- Willing to work 3rd shift (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM MDT, Monday–Thursday)
- Knowledge of hazardous material and explosive safety
- Ability to follow complex instructions and batch sheets accurately
- Quality control awareness and documentation skills
- Competence operating mechanical or automated production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in hazardous environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and measuring tool familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods in outdoor industrial environment
- Ability to work in explosive manufacturing with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and explosives
- Ability to wear and comply with required PPE including flame-resistant clothing
- Eligible to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
- U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass State and Federal background checks
- Minimum 21 years of age

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies
