- Bachelor's degree in industrial design or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 years of footwear and product design experience

- Ability to build accurate 2D technical drawings and tech packs
- Translate consumer insights into product solutions
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Generate diverse concepts and solutions for each project
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
- Comfortable with presentation software

## Nice to have

- Technical footwear and performance footwear design experience
- 3D design skills in Gravity Sketch, Rhino, Blender or similar software
- Cobbling and prototyping skills
- Interest in mentoring fellow designers
