- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, distribution or related field
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of demand forecasting and distribution planning processes
- Experience developing action plans to support business metrics
- Ability to train, motivate and lead a layered team
- Effective cross-functional communication in fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and roadblock clearing abilities
- Comfortable soliciting and synthesizing input from others
- Understanding of warehouse management systems data flow and process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and change management principles

## Nice to have

- Manhattan WMOS experience
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms
