- Experience with online safety laws including age-appropriate design codes
- Experience advising on sensitive data regulations including health data in ad tech and biometric privacy
- Experience advising on consumer compliance including subscriptions, auto-renewal, click-to-cancel, anti-spam, TCPA, and unfair/deceptive practice laws
