- 6+ years hands-on performance marketing experience
- Deep expertise in both SEO and paid media

- Understanding of AEO and GEO optimization strategies
- Regular use of AI tools to complete work
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfort working with ambiguity and taking initiative

## Nice to have

- Experience with B2B SaaS or marketing technology platforms
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools
- Speaking at industry events or writing thought leadership content
- Network in performance marketing agencies
