- SAP architecture and performance tuning expertise
- Proficiency with supporting technologies (Linux/Unix, Oracle, BOBJ, Solution Manager)
- Problem-solving and proactive approach to system management
- 24/7 on-call availability

## Nice to have

- Experience with multiple SAP platforms (EP, SRM, SCM/APO, TM, PO, MII)
- Disaster recovery design and testing background
