## Required

- 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in talent roles
- Track record managing organizational design and restructuring
- Ability to coach senior leaders and evaluate talent
- Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship-building skills with senior leadership

## Nice to have

- 12+ years of HRBP or related HR experience with Bachelor's degree, or equivalent with advanced degree
- Experience in a global technology company
- Background in companies known for HR excellence
- Track record leading Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
