## Required

- 3+ years mortgage origination experience with emphasis on purchase transactions
- Active NMLS Loan Originator with state licenses or Loan Originator under federal bank license
- Completion of 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education
- Passage of SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content
- Physically located in and working hybrid from Irvine, CA office
- Proven success originating purchase loans in high-volume or agent-centric models
- Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills
- Comfortable in structured, performance-driven environment with defined KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and pipeline management skills
- Proficiency with CRM, LOS, and Microsoft products

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
