- PhD or Master's degree plus 4+ years industry experience in ML, audio signal processing, speech technology, or related quantitative field
- Experience designing and running data evaluations, audio analyses, or benchmarks
- Strong understanding of audio data properties including sampling rates, codecs, bandwidth, spectrograms, reverberation, clipping, and noise
- Experience developing or evaluating metrics and measurement frameworks for ML systems or audio analysis
