- 10+ years in workforce planning, operations analytics, business operations, or similar field
- Experience in high-volume multi-unit environments such as restaurant, retail, or service operations
- Proven ownership of labor systems with measurable impact on financial and operational performance
- Experience building and scaling workforce planning or analytics functions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL and BI tools
- Experience with workforce management platforms
- Strong foundation in forecasting, labor modeling, and performance analytics
- Systems thinking and ability to design for scale, repeatability, and simplicity
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Executive presence and ability to influence field and corporate leaders

## Nice to have

- Experience with industrial engineering and lean methodologies such as 5S
- Experience with M&A integration and standardization across multiple business lines
