## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 4+ years of CPG brand management or marketing experience with omnichannel background
- Beauty-native background with body care, skincare, or mass-premium beauty brand experience
- End-to-end innovation ownership across DTC, Amazon, and Retail
- Fluency in creator- and affiliate-led commerce including TikTok Shop and community launches
- Proven track record executing go-to-market campaigns for new products on compressed timelines
- Strong consumer empathy and ability to represent the experiential female beauty consumer
- Ability to turn consumer insights into brand strategy and go-to-market plans
- Financial aptitude with P&L ownership, pricing, and demand forecasting
- Judgment about what to scale versus protect in a founder-built brand
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
- Clear communicator across briefs, presentations, and cross-functional teams
- Action-oriented and comfortable in fast-moving, test-and-learn environment

## Nice to have

- Experience with Ulta, Walmart, CVS, TJX, or comparable beauty and mass retail accounts
