## Required

- 5+ years in compensation and benefits with specialist-level depth in both areas
- Deep knowledge of US benefits administration and compliance including open enrollment, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and required filings
- Strong understanding of compensation practices including market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and compensation cycle management
- Ability to design clear employee communications and training on complex topics
- Exceptional attention to detail in data, filings, and program execution
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing external vendors and broker relationships
- Hands-on with AI tools and motivated to automate workflows
