## Required

- Enterprise product experience shipping into regulated or security-conscious customers
- Front-end and UX product sensibility
- Data-driven prioritization and decision-making
- AI-native working style with AI integrated into research and analysis
- Autonomous decision-making and comfort with ambiguity
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and sales

## Nice to have

- Computer Science or Software Engineering background
- Security or compliance shipping experience (FIPS, FedRAMP, SOC 2)
- Web console or platform-tooling design experience
- B2B or enterprise sales-cycle familiarity
