- 7+ years business analysis experience
- Experience in complex, change-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Customer segmentation and campaign analytics for banking/finance
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis
- Define and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Analyse business processes and design solutions
- Develop process maps and supporting documentation
- Support solution design and implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Prepare executive-level communications
- Willing to travel extensively and work on-site for extended periods

## Nice to have

- Previous experience in developing markets
- Payments and card industry experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced degree or MBA
- CBAP, PMI-PBA or related business analysis certifications
- Experience with data analytical tools
