## Required

- 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, schema, and backlinking
- Experience owning SEO programs at a brand, agency, or technology company
- Understanding of AI search and GEO behavior
- Ability to translate SEO and AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Client-facing communication skills
- Analytical skills and comfort with data
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Work in NYC and available in-office 3x per week

## Nice to have

- Enterprise brand or agency experience
- Experience shaping product feedback or roadmap discussions
- Combination of technical SEO depth with consultative skills
