- 5+ years marketing experience
- 3+ years retail, channel, or partner marketing experience
- Experience across both owned and partner retail channels
- Proven track record building and executing retail marketing programs at scale
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Hands-on print production and vendor management experience
- Planogram and visual merchandising fluency
- Partner relationship management experience
- Co-op or program budget management
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable presenting to senior internal and partner stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience in consumer electronics, fitness, or premium lifestyle categories
- Experience with high-consideration, demo-dependent products priced above $1,500
- Built a retail or field communications program from scratch
- Revenue-share, dealer, or franchise retail model experience
- Familiarity with retail media networks like Best Buy Ads or Target Roundel
- Background working with creative agencies and managing end-to-end production workflows
- Exposure to inside sales, direct sales, or commercial sales experience
